Cabin #1 is known as THE BUNK HOUSE. It's a Lakefront two bedroom cabin and sleeps 5-6 guests.

Cabin #2 is know as THE BOAT HOUSE.

It has lake views and sleeps 4 guests.

Hello! We are Bob and Monte Houseman, Owners/Operators of Lake House Cabins.

The idea of the cabins began a few years ago before our retirement. During those years we renovated the three cabins on the property, striving to meet the needs of our future guests. Comfort of the cabins was our main goal. Now that the renovations are complete, we can say they are truly comfortable, a Home Away From Home! We guarantee you will enjoy your stay!

Our careers for the past 44 years have been in the Home Building Industry. We know and understand the needs of home owners which in turn makes us very "Customer Service" oriented. We strive to make your stay at Lake House Cabins comfortable, pleasant and memorable!

We proudly support First Responders with discounted fees. You and your family are welcome for those much needed weekends of fun!

Grand Lake has Fishing Tournaments almost every weekend throughout the year. We invite Anglers to be our guests. Relax in one of our cabin rentals at the end of a long day of fishing! Share the expenses with your Fishing partner!

Want to get away for a week or a weekend of family fun? We love families and children! Want a Romantic Get Away? This is the perfect setting! You can just relax, do nothing and enjoy the lake with plenty of privacy.

You won't want to leave this lakefront home...I know we didn't. What an awesome location. We loved that the house and the boat dock are located in a nice quiet area and set back in a cove. So peaceful and relaxing. The BOAT HOUSE was impeccably clean with every amenity available. The hosts definitely make it feel like a "home away from home". We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Bunk House! The Houseman’s were so accommodating. The house was very clean, amazingly furnished and had so many unexpected extras! The private dock was perfect and secluded. We have no complaints and wouldn't change anything about our stay! We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Grand Lake!

Beautiful day on the lake! Boat slip to keep our Bass Tracker in the water! We caught about 20 bass and a bunch of Blue Gill. We will remember our time here & the great place we were able to stay. The cabin is perfect! Just us two. After 10 hrs fishing – a hot shower & comfortable (everything) made our stay here so nice. We wish we lived closer! Thank you for making this place available! We have stayed in many Airbnb and Vrbo homes – your’s is top notch on our list!

Cabin is very nice. Location is great with access fishing and very close to the water. The décor is awesome. Well stocked with things you need. The Welcome Book explains so much from running the washer/dryer and TV to places to see and eat. Owners put a lot of work into seeing you have what you need and providing all the local info they can.
